[MC-192283] End city Portal not spawning

I killed ender dragon twice but i cant find any end city portal i looked for it for an hour but still i cant find it plz help me

Did you open the world in either 20w20b or 20w21a?

im in 1.16.1

If you ever opened the world in 20w20b or 20w21a, it is corrupted. No matter if you play on 1.16.1 now.
