[MC-192297] Slabs aren`t merging properly

So 1.16.1 update was really exciting. It has a lot of awesome new features. But when i tried to build a test house, i used stone slabs as floor. It didn`t merge with walls. Please fix it.

This is not a bug. Walls do not attach to partial blocks.

i mean make slabs merging, not walls

Those are stone brick slabs. The image is poor. Are there two slabs stacked or just the bottom slab or just the top slab or what?

It looks fine on my game.

That's just how walls and slabs work. They don't merge with each other like that. Not a bug.

In building plan it`s kinda sad. I just think that deforming slab could be better in any case
