Spruce trees can still generate with 5 or more tiers

There are precisely two odd looking spruce trees (with 5 tiers) that didn't exist before 1.16. To reproduce, use the seed 3562618128540373934 and run the following commands:

/tp @p -995 69 -819 90 -30

/tp @p -1100 75 -682 0 5

This is how they generate.
