Pressing "tab" highlights the recipe book button in the crafting menu - this cannot be changed and does not appear in the "controls" menu.

However, this issue is Invalid.
This is part of the default "tab" functionality not just for Minecraft, but pretty much everything computer-wise.

Please note that there will be some changes coming to the next versions regarding usage of the "Tab" key, so this might be fixed.
