Mobs cannot be teleported to or from the nether. Sometimes it work. So i don't really know why is this happening.

Yes, but it also didn't work for naturally spawned mobs either

Hello! By naturally spawned mobs, do you mean the striders riding on each other? If so, this is probably MC-67 you're experiencing.
