Anvils break super quick when I was in a server after a couple enchants the anvil broke and a second time and a third time.

We have also noticed this on my Realm. There's been three times now that one of us went to use the Anvil and it was gone. We didn't even notice it break. I've only used an Anvil once, and it already looks like it's been user quite a few times.
