Enchantment glint doesn't render on elytra in specific circumstances

Confirmed/Reproduced in 20w27a, When flying with the Elytra or flying in creative mode (without using the Elytra). MC-181461 Should be opened again for Elytra.

Please provide a screenshot of this occurring with your F3 debug screen enabled.

Hi there!

This only seems to occur when a player is moving at high speeds (for me, at least). I will attach a screen recording of this happening for me. But yes, can confirm.

People who are affected by this, please provide a screenshot with the debug screen enabled (hit the F3 key) demonstrating the issue.
Also, please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report (minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.
