Collecting honey in a bottle on creative mode is inconsistent with the new bucket mechanics

Same as MC-190274

That was fixed for water, but not for collecting Honey from a bee nest. The bottle is consumed and replaced with the new bottle when collecting honey, which is inconsistent.
