I can't pay for the realm with paysafecard

When i saw that you could buy a realm with paysafecard i went and filled with credit my account so I could buy it, but when I tried to buy it, a message showed up saying that I couldn't use paysafecard to proceed and I can't just take the money out of my paysafecard account and use another method, so can you fix this as soon as possible? thanks
