[MC-194264] Soul sand and slime blocks problems

when jumping in slime blocks,sometimes it would not bounce you

and soul speed in soul sand does not work when jumping

Hi there!

The reason that we'd only like one bug per report on the bug tracker is so that the different tasks can be distributed and sorted through based on their source, fix, and cause. Having multiple bugs per report makes it more difficult for the developers to assign the bugs to themselves because they can't only accept part of the assignment themselves; it's all or nothing for something in the code that they may not be completely familiar with.

Of course, feel free to make two more bug posts with each separate issue.

When you hit the edge of a slime block it wont bounce you, it is not a bug
