Running the TextureEnder.jar against a zipped texture file is only converting the .txt files to .mcmeta.
It doesn't convert the filenames to the new file format nor does it move the files to the new folder format.
Examples:
"beefcooked.png" is not renamed to "beef_cooked.png"
"kz.png" is not renamed to "paintings_kristoffer_zetterstrand.png"
"chest.png" remains in the item folder and is not renamed to "normal.png" and is not moved to the chest sub folder of the entity folder.
The above are only a few examples.
I'm not sure if the tool is meant to rename/move the old 1.5.2 format textures - so please tell me if I'm expecting too much, but I suspect a lot of people will be experiencing this issue soon enough.
It works well enough on an unzipped texture pack though ;p
Thanks for reading.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft / TextureEnder version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
It concerned the TextureEnder version at the time that I raised this ticket.
As far as I'm aware there hasn't been a release of an updated version.
This issue is only for zipped texture pack (since the tool asks for a zip location).
If you us a non zipped texture pack then it works ok.
I only raised this issue to try and cut down on the number of issues you may start to receive in the future.
So feel free to close it, if it's causing clutter 🙂
I can confirm that this still happens with the latest version (as far as I know) of TextureEnder.jar, as well as the 1.6.2 prerelease.
Edit: This is also happening for me with texture packs that I have unzipped to convert, then rezipped to use.
The same for me @Jensen Krone
No matter what i do, it will NOT convert, and I know its supposed to as its worked before.
Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version 1.7.2 / Launcher version 1.3.4 or later? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.

Can you please attach the complete output of TextureEnder after finishing converting said texture pack ?
