Block Rubber-Banding

I have the same issue as mentioned here:

 MC-193247

But the report was closed. I noticed this since 1.15 but this didn't exist on 1.14 and below. I live in the Philippines and the ping is usually 200-300ms whenever I connect a server in the US. I didn't have this issue before on 1.14. It only happens in 1.15 and up. My friend also has the same issue. Please reopen the report. Thank you.
