[MC-195081] Sudden lag spikes in the nether

I get sudden lag spikes when playing in the nether. Fps drops to 0 and can barely move. It seems to have something to do with the piglin barter farm I built but it is very simple and should not cause any lag.

i think i have the same problem but my FPS drops.

Maybe it's OptiFine's problem but i'll try without it and i'll report soon.

If it is OptiFine's problem i'll not report.

because the lag only comes in the nether.
