Arrows shot by a skeleton or illager occasionally will not despawn if it hits bamboo

During a recent raid on my village, I was trying to escape arrow shots from illagers around my base. When I entered my bamboo forest I was being shot down. when the raid ended, the arrows still stayed there. Since then (about 30 or 40 Minecraft days later) the arrows have still stayed there.
