South-faced comparator doesn't transmits signals when redstone lamp is components of rapid pulsor and it is backward of comparator.

However, this issue is already being tracked in MC-137141.
This happens due to an inconsistency with torch burnouts, and it doesn't just affect south wall torches. Make sure to vote and comment on the ticket I linked above so it gets more attention!
