It is a bit misleading to have infested stone bricks variants as part of this tag as they cannot be used in crafting recipes. Tags should state the gameplay effect of the bug.

This is a block tag, not an item tag. Block tags are unrelated to crafting recipes.

Block and item tags of the same name normally share the same contents to reduce confusion (except the IDs that aren't in the other's ID pool).
People seeing them in the block tag will naturally also think they belong in the same-named item tag, especially since they also have item forms.
The only argument I have for its addition is that they can't be obtained in survival anyways, so their usage in recipes would be creative/command only
