Selected hotbar slot doesn't persist through exit end portals

The hotbar slot that you selected doesn't persist when you jump into an exit end portal. Note that this doesn't happen to other dimension changes.

Speculation:

• The dimension transition code from the end to the overworld reuses the respawn function, hence resetting the selected slot to slot 1.
