Guardians still not spawning in latest snapshot 20w30a.
My farm uses soul sand to push the gaurdians up when they spawn so im not sure if it is an issue with them not spawning in bubble columns or if they are just not spawning in general.

What do you mean open to open in those versions? i had updated my world to 1.16.1 and then saw it wasnt working so i tried updating it to the latest snapshot but it still doesnt work

Did you play the worlds in 20w21a or 20w22a that is what he is asking.

Couldn't reproduce in 20w30a, guardians spawned fine for me.

As said in MC-186096, this affects worlds that were opened in that snapshot.
Snapshots are always experimental versions, and you should not play your main worlds in them without making a backup beforehand.
In this case, structure save data seems to have been corrupted in that snapshot. The cause of the corruption was fixed, but already corrupted worlds cannot be fixed.
Please restore a backup if you have one. Otherwise, completely deleting the chunk from your world and having the game re-generate it might fix it as well.
Always create backups before playing snapshots, as those are less well tested, and as evident here, may corrupt your world permanently. In case you do end up trying to delete chunks, please also make a backup before doing that.
