When trying to run the game on a PC, the error described below POPs up. Reinstalling the game didn't help.
Failed to download file....... Exists: Nonexistent.
When filling in the version field, I only had version 1.16.1.

See MCL-12993 - your PC, ISP or government is blocking the connection to the download servers - I would recommend using a VPN or other method to avoid the censorship if it is ISP or government based.
