[MC-196418] Villagers losing professions. Job site blocks no longer being used.

Screenshot provided. I noticed that my iron farm wasn't working and wondered why. I also noticed my villager breeder wasn't working. Wondered why. I had villagers despawn so tried to populate my breeder and long behold doesn't take the composter to become a farmer.

I then realized that my iron farm might experience the same issue, and turns out it does.

I believe 1.16 changed it so the villagers need to have access to the workstation on the same level.

Thanks. If that's the case my villager breeder would work as my composter is on the same level.

There may be some changes coming up in 1.16.2, so just check if the villagers can claim the workstation then - but this is likely an intended change.
