[MC-196649] Redstone dust active for a tick after destroying source of power

Activate redstone dust, then destroy source of it. For a moment it can activate stuff, what it was not possible before

(This post is exacly same as last one, but video show with resource pack/optifine turned off, so it's pure vanilla)

Why was this merely marked as related, and not a duplicate? It's the same bug. Cutting power = removing source.

This is a duplicate of MC-157644
The reason it's not a duplicate of MC-9714
is because cutting the power & breaking a block are two different things. One is for all extended block updates and the other being only about Redstone wire and how it reacts to shape updates
