[MC-196660] Weeping Vines incorrectly grow when Bonemeal is used on them

In 1.16.1, when I use Bonemeal on a Weeping Vine, they do not grow properly and grow several minecraft:weeping_vines blocks where minecraft:weeping_vine_plant blocks would be
