[MC-197110] Random disconnects while playing multiplayer

After playing on any server for a while i randomly get disconnected with a java io exception this started a few days ago it does seem to be a strictly minecraft related issue as im not disconnected from anything else and my internet connections still works fine i did the f3+c and heres the crash log if you need it NOTE:while i was using fabric with optifine and litematica the issue still happens in vannilla

The crash says 1.15.2. Does this happen in 1.16.1 or 1.16.2-pre1?

This is probably still invalid as you were trying to play on a spigot server, not the minecraft one.

Here i got another log on the correct version i still couldnt find a public server to join without spigot or bukkit or anything of the sort so sorry about that i hope this could help solve the issue
