Me unable to upload my minecraft skin.

So technacally I tried to upload my skin that I made on an app on mobile called skinseed, it said unable to save skin, so I made one on a website called skindex, still same response, then I restarted my laptop, same response, I deleted and reinstalled minecraft, same response!  My friend was able to upload it on his pc and I was able to upload it on my Mom's, even though her's is older than mine, the only way to upload my skin was to go to the website, but I was unable to duplicate it, PLEASE FIX THIS! I will also attack the files, (the one I made on skindex and the one I made on skinseed, the one that is very bright is the one I made on skindex).
