[MC-197475] Water top face isn't culled when placed beneath grass path

I've filled the inside of a building with water , on top of it I've transformed grass blocks into grass path blocs I noticed there is an issue with it and it bothers me, It's not very beautiful to see...

It's actually its own issue - paths are not really related to waterlogging to be fair,

But MC-125351 does not say that the problems are with waterlogged, bug says that some blocks still show air around them., so, this ticket duplicate
