[MC-197635] Enderman de-aggravates/loses their AngryAt tag upon relog

Enderman would stop being aggravated towards you if you relog. Only affects Enderman and not any other neutral mobs.

This is not a bug. Enderman should keep their aggro, player's shouldn't be able to escape an enderman by relogging

Yes, they should. That is the bug that they stop being aggravated.

This issue was present in 22w42a, but no longer occurs in versions above or equal to 22w43a. This issue was fixed in 22w43a.
