[MC-197992] Nether brick fences connect to fence gates, despite them not connecting to wooden fences

This logic seems pretty inconsistent as nether brick fences do not connect to wooden fences at all, so I'm not sure what the intended behaviour is here.

On a similar note, there also exists no "Nether Brick Fence Gate" block.

I believe this is leftover from days when they had oak fences and nether brick fences only. They should have add nether brick fence gate and remove all connection with wooden fences IMO.
