When /locate is used to find this village and it is teleported to, a system of paths generate, with the odd village feature, but no buildings. Creating a world of the same seed and flying to this village rather than teleporting reveals a zombie village instead.

Perhaps this report should be forward-resolved as a duplicate of MC-202186 because that report contains more detailed information.
Also, @unknown, are you completely sure that it's possible for the buildings to be missing when teleporting above the village (without using the /locate command)? I tried testing that using the seed in this report, but the buildings generated every time. In my testing, the buildings only disappear when the /locate command is used.
