[MC-198400] legacy remains in names of biome categories

'mesa' and 'extreme_hills' have been renamed to 'badlands' and 'mountains' since 1.13. However, their corresponding categories are still keeping their old names.

In addition, the category name 'the_end' of the end's biome contains 'the' as its prefix, while 'nether' for the nether's doesn't, which I suggest it be consistent with its dimension name.

The nether is officially called "Nether" and the End is officially called "The End", so this is intentional.

The 'icy' category contains snowy_tundra, snowy_mountains and ice_spikes, and none of them seems to have the word 'icy' in their names. i would say 'snowy' might sound better as the category name.
