Unlike other hotkeys like F1, F2 etc F4(disable shaders) does now show on controls

This appears to be a duplicate of MC-32498

 

No, this is a inconsistency as controls show F5, F2 etc, but not F4

F3 and F1 don't show up either, along with F4, which developers have decided is intended.
