So I was making a golf course and I was breaking blocks under water and the block particles wern't showing I don't know if it is in survival but it was in creative and I know I wasn't frozen cause I broke some blocks that wern't in water and the particles appiered

When you hover your mouse to the "Fancy" in the Graphics GUI you can see "Particles can't be seen in through translucent blocks" across the text
