Unbreaking 32,768 shears can take durability.
How to reproduce:
1) Use commands to get unbreaking 32,768 shears ( idk how to, I found them in a world download).
2) Use them to mine things (I used them in ray's nether sprout farm).
3) After a while durability may be taken.

However, we are already tracking this issue, and this report is a Duplicate of MC-10755, which has been marked as Won't Fix - while this behaviour is not desirable, the developers have said that they will not or cannot fix it.
Enchantment levels higher than the max achievable in regular survival gameplay are not supported.
Please use the search function in the future to prevent duplicate reports.
