[MC-198775] Grass Path cannot be obtained with Silk Touch on Java, even though it can on Bedrock

Since it is obtainable on Bedrock, can I report it as a bug/parity issue on Java?

This is not a valid parity issue. The element that is not the same between both versions of the game has to have been introduced after the Buzzy Bees update
