[MC-199460] Updates and old version not available

My launcher does not show anything older or newer than the 1.16.1. In comparison, my Minecraft BedRock version is in 1.16.2 and working fine.
Because of that, I cannot switch to the newer version and access some servers.

Thank y'all for your answers and help.
I have looked at MCL-14369, it is indicated over there that the solution is to reinstall the launcher.
I have tried it before coming here, and it did not work. Maybe my knowledge in IT is too little, I couldn't find an uninstall.exe in the Minecraft folder (couldn't even do the old school way : deleting the folder itself). I ended up re-downloading the launcher, got an option to repair. After clicking it, it reinstall but the issue was still there. I'm sorry if those questions are silly, but I will accept any help.

Edit : Reading again (probably too long of a day for me) I see it's mentioning a change of DNS. I haven't tried that (no idea how to do it, but Google is my friend). I'll come back to update that comment.
