Even if a stray, wither skeleton, or illusioner fires from their bow, the subtitles will say "Skeleton shoots".
Steps to reproduce:
Go to Options > Accessibility.
Turn subtitles on.
Spawn a mob besides a skeleton that can use a bow.
Go into survival or spawn an enemy of that mob.
