What i was expecting to happen was
That I was not able to do anything in my inventory while I was dead
What actually happend was
I accidently threw something out of my inventory

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version 1.7.4 / Launcher version 1.3.8 or later? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.

It is possible to throw items away/out of your inventory when you are dead and the inventory was open
