I'm sorry, I don't have a good screen shot of the this. I am on 1.16.2 Java, playing on a personal server with my family. I've noticed the minecarts will hop onto parallel tracks and eventually be in concert step with the mine cart that lives on said track. Last night I had a mine cart hop off of its track, only to appear setting on a switch I use for power on an un-related track. There are chunk boundaries in play as this is a decently sized flying machine, sugar cane farm. I've had to rebuild the track portion of the farm about three separate times because of this bug. In my furnace array floor, I've noticed the mine carts tracking one block to the side of the track they are actually on. Since there are not parallel tracks, the issue resolves itself once I unload and reload the chunks in question. My base is about 4 chunks away and I am playing on a render distance of about 17 to 21 depending on internet bandwidth. (these days it's tough).
