[MC-200291] Vindicators are despawning even though i give them name tags

The vindicators that i create in my creative world despawn even though they have nametags on them

Does the vindicator have PersistenceRequired set to 1b?

Just setting a name via /summon doesn't set the PresistanceRequired tag, correct.
