When shooting an enderman in a mincart, it doesn't play the teleport sound effect.

They are not supposed to teleport.

It does the sound, but only at the position it teleports to, not from where it begins to teleport.

What Solo Alguien said. If the enderman tries to teleport to a nearby place, you will hear the sound. This is a duplicate of MC-94481.
