[MC-200486] I was playing on my favorite Minecraft world, and all of a sudden, i couldn't place blocks!!!

I was playing on my favorite minecraft world, and for some reason out of nowhere, i could not place blocks!!! If i switched to Creative mode, i could place blocks, put that world was for survival ( I also did not take any damage or couldn't attack') ( I am very sad please fix this) not found.!!! I really loved that world...

It is Vanilla Minecraft, but with Optifine. I don't think that is the reason why. Even without Optifine, the problem is still there.

You were very likely in Adventure Mode, you could've easily switched by cycling too quickly with F3+F4. Happened to me too!

Your case is quite a lot worse than others - and may also have been caused by game modifications, so please be more careful when using those in the future.
