Found this bug here, High Performance Drops when the Head is on the Armor Stand, It creates massive lag/lag spike in it.

This is the False Report of a Bug.
The thing is, the 'SkullOwner' tag is just finding the exact skin that the playernames typed.

This is probably a problem with your operating system, because I never experienced this lag spike/massive lag in this situation, if anyone else can reproduce, comment it.

Doesn't happened in 1.15.2 (Possibly 1.16.0) (Attached the Date Video for 1.15.2)
The Command is:
/give @s player_head{SkullOwner:"<Any PlayerNames>"}
Ex.
/give @s player_head{SkullOwner:"Notch"}
Put it in the armor stand, And lags (1.16.3)
But, when the Pl. H. (PlayerHead) doesn't even have tag of 'SkullOwner', put it on the Armor Stand, it seems to be no lagging at all.
Possibly because I think the tag 'SkullOwner' is like trying to find the exact skin that I typed the Playername, But just completely fails, it's trying again, fails, that could means why it lag's alot.
or like the tag 'SkullOwner' kinda spams the skin...
It did not happen at 1.15.2 if the PlayerHead has the tag of 'SkullOwner'.
Actually, Make this Resolved, It has no lags at all, even when the playerhead has a tag of 'SkullOwner', The SkullOwner is just finding the exact skin that the playernames have.
This is a False Bug Report.
Don't know if you can delete the Bug Reports....
Please provide the same video but with the F3 debug screen enabled.
