[MC-200664] If you change break block/attack or place block/use to a key, and you hold that key, it acts as if you are clicking that button 20 times per second.

When you set the break block/attack or place block/use action to a key (such as r), and you hold that key, it acts as if you were doing said action 20 times per second.
