Cant connect to my realm

When i try to connect to my realm it says "io.netty.channel.Abstractchannel$AnnotatedConnectException: Connection timed out: No further information:"

I tried to switch the world but it just loads for ever. When i try to close the realm or switch the world it just keeps loading forever i waited 3 hours and it still wasn't finished loading.

I keep paying for my realm thats not the problem either. And i have a solid connection to my wifi, i tried to do the firewall thing and i also have the most recent version of java so i dont know what the problem is
