Realms Connection Issue That Mojang is Ignoring

If you want to join a Minecraft realms at all between the time 2-9 in the morning, good luck. There's been a huge persisting problem with Realms that means nobody can join them, there are tons of posts all over the internet about it, even since like July of this year. Mojang has done absolutely nothing to remedy the issue, and it's becoming increasingly worse. You cannot just ignore a problem and have it go away, it's been MONTHS for people who pay for Realms and never get a single chance to play them. What is the point of going with Realms over ANY other 3rd party server site, when Realms has less memory, worse uptime, and costs more? It's absurd, Minecraft has long been a great game in all of our hearts but why continue to even play it when like every other game it gets ruined by updates and bugs.
