Not mentioned in MC-124190, so can't be considered a duplicate.

The expected block ID would be minecraft:hay_bale.

The texture and model files are similarly affected.

I'd recommend not resolving it as a duplicate of that since said ticket is very outdated and not considered intentional by mojang, and clumping issues into one isn't something we do anymore.
