Datapacks not adding

When I try to add datapacks to minecraft, I press yes on add datapack name but nothing shows up on the "Available" side. I've tried creating the world and adding datapacks to the world folder but it STILL doesn't work. All my datapacks or zip files, so I don't know why they're not working.
