in newest update abandoned mineshafts still do not generate with chest minecarts

I was not the creator of issue MC-197031 so I cannot change the version listed to the current one there.  And since it is not listed as the current version no one has looked at the issue in well over a week.  Please close that one and keep this one since it has the updated version listing.  Or change the version in the original to 1.16.3

To recap:

Minecarts with chests do not load in abandoned mineshafts.  In Vanilla Java.  Typing the /tp command to locate the nearest one returns the "no such entity error."  The turned tracks where the carts should be still appear.
