[MC-201874] Sneaking off the edge of a block with a bamboo plant diagonal makes you fall off

If you have a structure like the image below and sneak off the corner near the bamboo (while standing on the sandstone), you will fall off.
Unsure what other versions this effects.

Sneaking off a block should make you stay on it no matter the surrounding blocks (unless you’re going to another block the same level).
