[MC-202513] Weeping vines and twisting vines are not grouped with regular vines in creative inventory

The Bug
Despite being vines and having very simular properties, Weeping Vines and Twisting Vines are not grouped with regular Vines in creative inventory.

Steps to Reproduce

Switch into creative mode and open up the creative inventory.
Locate the "vines" item and pay close attention to the items it's grouped with.
Take note as to whether or not weeping and twisting vines are grouped with regular vines in the creative inventory.

Observed Behavior

Weeping and twisting vines aren't grouped with regular vines in the creative inventory.

Expected Behavior

Weeping and twisting vines would be grouped with regular vines in the creative inventory.
