Window/fullscreen problems - Mac

Hi, I've been having trouble with my Minecraft windows today; everything was working fine earlier this morning, but this afternoon, when I was trying to resize my Minecraft window, it messed with the UI. The frustrating thing is that I've never had this problem before; it only just started happening now.

Also, this is version 1.12.2 - It wouldn't let me enter that into the affected versions - 1.16.3 and 1.16.4 were the only options (EDIT: It's all versions that is doing this; everything works properly on the official launcher, but any other launcher it has these problems. I've tried MultiMC, Technic, and Twitch.)

When I try to resize the window, it messes up the background and trying to make the window full size without going full screen ends up with a small space of black/emptiness at the bottom of the window. I can go into fullscreen, but when I do, it only shows the display (small) at the bottom left corner of my screen and everything else is black. I can still click on things, but I have to click on the spot where it would be in order to click it on the mini corner version. I also can't get a screenshot of this for some reason- it won't let my computer do it. Also, when I try to exit fullscreen mode, it crashes.

It's like the display of the screen moved while none of the button locations moved.
